She is Smile Artists Office Coordinator. She has worked alongside Dr. Neff for many years. She loves to talk about cosmetic dentistry. Kathie is Dr. Neff's wife and stays busy with their young son Calvin and daughter Cambrie. She is also a competitive water skier.

A Siloam Springs graduate has over 22 years of dental experience with specialized training in Orthodontics and Cosmetic Dentistry. She has worked with Dr. Neff so long she can truly read his mind. Connie has attended numerous dental seminars with Dr. Neff. She lives in Rogers with her husband, Pat, and is a proud mother of two, Mallory and Mariah.

Shari is a Northwest Arkansas native with 3 years of dental experience. Along with dental assisting, Shari is our cosmetic image specialist. She and her husband Rodney live in Lowell with their 2 children Brinkley and Brock.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Debbie has lived in Northwest Arkansas for 25 years. She came to us from an orthodontic practice where she worked as treatment coordinator and office manager. Debbie and her husband Jim live on Beaver Lake with his son Adam.

Eva was born in Mexico City and moved to the United States in 1989. She has lived in Arkansas the last 15 years. Eva is a bilingual registered dental assistant with over 9 years experience. She and her husband Joshua live in Centerton with their 3 girls: Valeria, Andrea, and Gabriella.

Carrie is originally from Minnesota and relocated to Arkansas in 1992. She has been a patient of Dr, Neff's since she was 8 years old and has now returned to the office as a dental hygienist. She lives in Bentonville with her Dachshund, Zoe.

Jeri Lynn was raised in Green Forest. She attended the University of Arkansas and graduated from Missouri Southern in Dental Hygiene. She was formerly an assitant of Dr. Neff and rejoined our team as a Hygienist. She and her husband, James, live in Rogers with their daughter, Caleigh.
